Yes I travel to you! I am based in the Lansing, Michigan area and travel to venues throughout Michigan and beyond. A travel fee of $1.00 per mile round trip applies and will be calculated based on the distance from my home base at zip code 48854. For locations two or more hours away a hotel stay will be required and will be reimbursed by the client.

I recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 9 to 12 months in advance for peak wedding season dates. I take on a limited number of brides each season to ensure every wedding morning receives my full attention and care. Once a date is reserved with a signed agreement and retainer it is officially yours.

Yes, a bridal preview is included in all three of my bridal packages. Your preview is one of the most important appointments of your wedding journey and I would never ask you to skip it. It is where we get to play, refine, and make sure everything feels absolutely perfect before your big day. I recommend scheduling your preview approximately two months before your wedding date.

As a solo artist I can comfortably accommodate up to six services on your wedding morning. My packages include the bride plus two, three, or four additional attendees. Additional attendees beyond your package can be added at $135 per service up to the six service maximum, subject to schedule availability.

No problem! For parties requiring more than six services I will bring in a qualified additional stylist or assistant to make sure everyone is taken care of. An assistant fee starting at $250 applies and is based on location, time, and party size. All additional artists are booked and managed by me so you do not have to coordinate anything. This fee will be added to your agreement before you sign so there are no surprises.

All bridal packages include both hair and makeup for the bride. If you only need one service your KDarling Beauty credit will be applied to the unused service and can be used toward a future appointment, including a Self Love Session, an in studio service, or any other KDarling Beauty experience. Your credit never goes to waste and is yours to use whenever you are ready.

My payment schedule is designed to be simple and stress free. A non-refundable retainer of 20% of your total package price is due at booking to secure your date. Your travel fee is due 60 days before your wedding. Your remaining balance of 80% is due 72 hours (3 days) before your event date. If an assistant is required that fee is due upon securing your assistant. Accepted payment methods include cash, Invoice, credit (subject to a 3% processing fee) or debit card, Venmo, and PayPal.
